Born and raised in Southern Maine, I know the communities, neighborhoods, and opportunities that don't always show up in a search filter. I combine that local knowledge with technology and a willingness to look beyond the obvious. That might mean exploring a neighborhood you hadn't considered or reaching out directly to homeowners in an area where nothing is currently listed.

Before real estate, I spent 20 years at Converse, building a career around communication, negotiation, and managing complex decisions. Today, I brings that same experience, preparation, and sense of urgency to every buyer I represent.

Whether that means negotiating an offer, connecting you with the right lender, researching a property's potential, or coordinating the details of a closing, I believe in staying ahead of the process rather than reacting to it.
